The future of salt entering into our body depends on Heredity, dieting, nutritional quality and survival environment. Depends on the food digestion (Metabolism) of the body and certain levels of hormones. These conditions determine how much salt entered the body will damage the kidney, artery and heart.
Long time ago, the quantity of salt existing in the environment was less than necessity. In that primitive environment of salt deficiency, when people got salt, they used to take a certain amount of salt in persuasion of certain genes to maintain salt balance in the body. Later though salt increases a lot in the environment, but that persuasive gene to eat salt remains in our body. There was the conception among us before that we like to eat more salt before due to the ‘persuasion of genes’ (Genetic Thrive).
