Mindfulness Meditation

 Meditation is the practice of attention or awareness. Voluntarily or involuntarily we act as per thoughts of our mind. Meditation is the process to control that though and create awareness. The more awareness you have the more you will be connected with natural power. 




To achieve anything in your life there is a need for motivation .And I don't think that there will always be somebody around you always . Especially when you are an adult. So there is a need for self motivation . My teacher also used to tell me  to make a poster of the goal which you want to achieve in life and paste it in the room . So that  we could always get motivated and we would not deviate from our goal .Meditation  is also a similar kind of technique which will help to achieve the goal.


What is psychological warfare? 


Psychological warfare is a technique to influence the behavior of an enemy. Aim is to mislead their course of action. Same psychological warfare is happening within oneself. Our emotions, thoughts, past experiences mislead us to deviate from the normal course of action. We sometimes cry, depressed and not attracted to work. 

After studying various sources I have come to the conclusion that it is the art of mastering your own thoughts- to win on yourself. Great writer Sun Zee has a masterpiece, art of war. In that book the companion nicely describes that ten factors are very important for winning a war. If you read, you will see that factor ten is the most important and that is a cosmic blessing. You can say that cosmic blessing is nature. How you are adopting with your body and mind with nature is the great key for success. 


 Your mind is a place of war. You are thinking something but yourself is giving a negative impression about your thinking. To win the war against your own mind is the challenge. “If there is no enemy within, the enemies outside cannot hurt you”. “I don’t care how big or strong you are, if you don’t have the spiritual warrior in you, you’ll never be a fighter”.


You have to control your fear, otherwise it will destroy you. “Your mind is not your friend, I hope you know this. You have to fight with your mind, control it”.

Imagine yourself as a Boxer, before a fight, your mind would create imaginations that your opponent looks big and confident. “But when the bell rings, and you come into contact with each other, suddenly your opponent seems like everybody else, because now your imagination has dissipated. The fight itself is the only reality that matters. You have to learn to impose your will and take control over that reality”.



If you are manifesting wealth, it's necessary  to live in the present. Besides believing your desires can be created into reality, you also need to seek opportunities and take action to the materialization that you dream about and desire. Meditation  is actually a technique to assist you eliminate negative thoughts that'll hinder you to really reach for your dreams.



Imagination is an important part of meditation. Subconscious mind acts with the pictures of the mind created by emotional response and brings that picture in reality. Mindset is life, manifest in life and become reality.
